搪瓷拼装罐是目前处理垃圾渗滤液最佳选择之一。用于垃圾渗滤液处理的搪瓷拼装罐需要有优良的耐渗滤液腐蚀性能, 因此需对钢板进行高温热退火处理以消除厚钢板内部压力, 通过喷砂等表面预处理及机械喷搪的方法将搪瓷釉喷涂在钢板表面, 经过烘干和烧成, 釉层与钢板密着强度高, 形成耐渗滤液腐蚀性能优良的搪瓷釉层。

高硅氧玻璃纤维应用广泛、性能优异。目前制备高硅氧特种玻璃纤维的主要方法是酸沥滤。酸沥滤法是将玻璃纤维原纱通过酸沥滤, 热处理等工艺制备得到高硅氧玻璃纤维。采用Raman光谱研究SiO2-Na2O二元系玻纤在酸沥滤、热处理工艺制备高硅氧玻璃纤维过程中的纤维结构变化。结果表明: 酸沥滤过程使硅氧四面体的弯曲振动峰和不对称伸缩振动峰向低波数偏移, 且峰强变弱, 主要由于酸沥滤过程提高了纤维的SiO2含量并改变了内部结构。热处理后, 纤维Raman光谱的不对称伸缩振动峰消失, 出现缺陷谱线D1和D2, 且不同热处理温度后纤维的致密度不同, 主要是由于热处理过程中纤维发生的缩合反应导致的。

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is becoming a major public health problem worldwide, and excessive potassium intake is a health threat to patients with CKD. In this study, visible–shortwave near-infrared (Vis–SWNIR) spectroscopy and chemometric algorithms were investigated as nondestructive methods for assessing the potassium concentration in fresh lettuce to benefit the CKD patients' health. Interactance and transmittance measurements were performed and the competencies were compared based on the multivariate methods of partial least-square regression (PLS) and support vector machine regression (SVR). Meanwhile, several preprocessing methods [first- and second-order derivatives in combination with standard normal variate (SNV)] and wavelength selection method of competitive adaptive reweighted sampling (CARS) were applied to eliminate noise and highlight the spectral characteristics. The PLS models yielded better prediction than the SVR models with higher correlation coefficients (R2) and residual predictive deviation (RPD), and lower root-mean-square error of prediction (RMSEP). Excellent prediction of green leaves was obtained by the interactance measurement with R2 = 0.93, RMSEP = 24.86 mg/100 g, and RPD = 3.69; while the transmittance spectra of petioles provided optimal prediction with R2 = 0.92, RMSEP = 27.80 mg/100 g, and RPD=3.34, respectively. Therefore, the results indicated that Vis–SWNIR spectroscopy is capable of intelligently detecting potassium concentration in fresh lettuce to benefit CKD patients around the world in maintaining and enhancing their health.

采用高温固相还原反应合成了新型单相荧光粉Ca9NaZn(PO4)7∶Ce3+, Mn2+,并对Ce、Mn单、双掺荧光粉的发光性能和能量传递进行分析。在303 nm紫外光激发下,Ce3+,Mn2+双掺体系发射光谱中位于374 nm和650 nm两处的宽带发射峰分别来自于Ce3+的5d→4f和Mn2+的4T1(4G)→6A1(6S)能级跃迁。在该体系中,发现Ce3+和Mn2+之间存在有效能量传递,使得Mn2+的红光发射强度明显增强,能量传递的临界距离Rc=1.385,并被证实属于偶极子-四极子共振能量传递。最终,从CIE色度坐标可以看出,通过对共掺离子浓度相对大小的调节可实现从蓝紫光到红光的颜色调控。

Precisely distinguishing between hyperplastic and adenomatous polyps and normal human colonic mucosa at the cellular level is of great medical significance. In this work, multiphoton laser scanning microscopy (MPLSM) was used to obtain the high-contrast images and the morphological characteristics from normal colonic mucosa, hyperplastic polyps and tubular adenoma. By integrating the length and area measurement tools and computing tool, we quantified the difference of crypt morphology and the alteration of nuclei in normal and diseased human colonic mucosa. Our results demonstrated that the morphology of crypts had an obvious tendency to cystic dilatation or elongated in hyperplastic polyps and tubular adenoma. The content and number of mucin droplets of the scattered goblet cells had a piecemeal reduction in hyperplastic polyps and a large decrease in tubular adenoma. The nuclei of epithelial cells might be elongated and pseudostratified, but overt dysplasia was absent in hyperplastic polyps. Nevertheless, the nuclei showed enlarged, crowded, stratified and a rod-like structure, with loss of polarity in tubular adenoma. These results suggest that MPLSM has the capacity to distinguish between hyperplastic and adenomatous polyps and normal human colonic mucosa at the cellular level.
